About Us

Mindset Matters Most is a fortnightly podcast by 2 entrepreneurs who use life lessons as their greatest form of education. Saad Aslam and Leon Skinner have the mindset to achieve and have learnt to turn obstacles into opportunities.

Expect to listen to the boys discuss all matters related to being your best self, business and how to be great at anything you do. The show will also include inspirational guests from all walks of life with one thing in common, anything is possible if we set our mind to it…

I am Saad Aslam – Creator of brands dedicated to wellness.
My passion: helping aspiring entrepreneurs and business models to achieve their goals
My aim: to guide you through the highs & lows of business, give my advice through my own experience and knowledge and to help you to leave your mark on the world.

I’m using my voice for positivity but this doesn’t deflect from reality – I’m shaping ambitious businessmen and women to achieve their purpose with the power of self-development and hunger.

I put myself into the world of business from age 16 and I’ve been striving for more ever-since. At a happy-medium and seeing forever-growing progression, I’m ready to share my story with you. Hosting Mind Set Matters Most is simply the start.

I feel my content is there to help others but I am real with my followers, will post about my business journey and the occasional glimpse into my personal life.

I’m all about adding value & I’d be missing out on a huge opportunity if I wasn’t to begin podcasting. Being a host and sitting in the hot seat is like therapy for me, I speak honestly and always feel good at the end of a show. I hope you can gain something from me and join me on yet another exciting venture.

I am Leon Skinner, commonly referred to as ‘the life of the party’ this podcast is going to show a completely diverse side to me.

I’ve been fortunate enough to have worked across a number of organisations from small innovative businesses through to very large corporations.

Business really kicked off for me back in 2014 when I co-founded social events brand; The Hangout. Today the hangout is the most talked about social event in the UK and we recently featured in GQ magazine; I’m proud to say that the brand is going from strength to strength.

My love for entertainment and music introduced me to DJing and today I am a recognised, international DJ now working across the globe.

If you’ve heard of me before you’ll know a commitment I take very seriously is being a part of team Anthony Joshua. Anthony is like a brother to me, we support one another and constantly drive each other to be the best we can be.

My journey is persistent & on-going, I feel like I’m just getting started and this is what makes me relatable, because I’m current and living this in real-time. I’m here to voice what I’ve learned, what I know and my knowledge on business.

Connect with me on Instagram and follow my content for all things social, self-development & personal too.

Mindset Matters Most? Yes. I’m all for it.
